Spa Pedicure
Our spa pedicure is proving very popular all year round! We begin by soaking your feet in fragrant, warm water. Using a salt exfoliation we will remove all those dead skin cells and and leave your feet feeling silky smooth. Then it's nail time! Shape, cuticle care, buffing and dead skin removal. A foot and calf massage to follow to hydrate your skin and relax your feet. And finally we finish off with a colour polish and high gloss coat of your choice. Your feet will float out!
Back/Neck/Shoulder Massage 30 mins
A soothing massage with aromatherapy oil blends to help relieve muscular tension in the head, neck and shoulders. This massage will relax you, empty your mind and soothe your soul.
Aromatherapy Massage 60 mins
This full body relaxation massage increases circulation, relieves muscle tension and promotes a state of deep relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage 30 or 60 mins
Indulge in a hot stone massage using water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

Recently I had a treatment with the girls at Absolute Bliss and it was Absolute Bliss! My therapist was a very caring therapist who gave me the most lovley facial and massage. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. Nothing was a problem and she made me feel very special. I will definitely return to Absolute Bliss!
