Careem is a boutique Wellness Day Spa, and Naturopathic Clinic, situated on the edge of tranquil Lake Okareka. Natural health treatments and nurturing, relaxing spa treatment are provided in a tranquil lake setting. Come and immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty of our lakes and forget the stress. The services are provided by Carol Bannister, a degree-qualified and experienced Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Aromatherapist and Spa Therapist. Below are a few of the numerous options available for you...

Sauna and Massage (1 hour)
Infra red sauna, shower and 30 minute therapeutic massage. Ideal for 1 to 4 people.

Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes)
A whole body massage using warmed stones, lubricated with cold-pressed oils.

Body Cocoon (3 hours)
A body scrub, followed by a body wrap with Rotorua thermal mud body mask, shower and relaxation massage. One of our most asked for spa packages.

Girls Day Out (3 hours)
Aromatherapy bath, full body aromatherapy massage and nourishing facial. A fantastic way to pamper yourself or someone special.

Detox Delight (3.5 hours)
A body scrub, followed by a herbal body wrap, shower and lymphatic drainage massage. When you want to do something healthy for your body.

Wellness Consultations
Here is a unique opportunity to give yourself a tune up while you spa. Baseline Wellness Assessment includes personal consultation and assessment of health risk factors, lifestyle balance stress management and body systems. Suggestions are given on how to achieve vibrant health, naturally.
