The park is a hidden sanctuary of trees, bush and native trails in the middle of the busy resort town of Queenstown.

Kiwi Birdlife Park is easy to find, situated just a five minute walk from the Queenstown town centre and just below the Skyline gondola terminal. The park is adjacent to a public carpark.

The park also features a restaurant, early Maori Hunting Village, a retail centre, a native garden trail which is ideal for strolling and an entertaining and educational conservation show held three times daily.
