Aromatherapy Massage 60mins
A personalised treatment using pure aromatic oils according to your needs, in a balancing massage. The oils and treatment heal, relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.

Hot Stone Massage 60mins
Many ancient cultures have used the healing powers of stones for medicinal and spiritual purposes. Harnessing the properties of the New Zealand volcanic stones, small stones are placed on key energy points on the body. Evoking an aura of warmth, the deep penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body to release muscular tension and balance the spirit. Heavenly!

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage 60mins
A combination of massage techniques to ease aches, pains and strains. This massage will vary according to your particular needs, so please indicate to your therapist if you have any particular muscular problems.

Body Polish and Mud Mask 60mins
Dry, dull skin is gently buffed away with organic ingredients leaving skin with a healthy glow and silky smooth feel. Then cocooned in a warm body mask, toxins and impurities are released from your body. You will feel great!

Intense Pulse Light Therapy - Modern technology offering permanent hair removal and photorejuvenation. Due to puchasing this machine ourselves, we are now able to offer fantastic prices for these treatments.

In addition to Relax & Revive’s treatments, Dr Kaye Buchan runs a regular clinic for facial rejuvenation using BOTOX, Collagen and Dermal Fillers. She offers non invasive treatments for facial wrinkles, frown lines, eyelid droop, eyebrow lift, deep lines, excessive sweating, migraines, lip enhancement, skin grooves and acne scarring.
