The Globe Backpackers situated on the Southern Scenic Route, was built in the early 1900's, and is an ideal place to be while in Riverton, Southland. The Globe Backpackers & Bar is the place to stay with it's warm hospitality. The tariff for dorms and double rooms is extremely reasonable. You can cook your own meals in our old-style kitchen, or come to the bar and try one of our gourmet pizzas and excellent beers with your hosts Bruce and Joy.

Also available is The Globe Beach Retreat - two 2 bedroom fully self contained units on the way to the Riverton Rocks. With only 100 metres to the beach, playground and shop the Retreat is the place to stay. To contact us please use the number shown above.
