J's Backpackers is a small, homely backpackers with loads of character! Our aim is to provide a friendly, clean atmosphere whereby you get to meet other travellers in a relaxed environment. The backpackers is set in established gardens so plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors!

J's is located a short walk from renown Hamilton gardens, several of the cities picturesque river walkways and is the closest Backpackers to the Hamilton Airport and Waikato University. The busy Hamilton East shopping area is a 10 minute walk and has several great cafes to visit.

J's Backpackers provides a range of rooms from dormitory, twin and double rooms and if you are a family travelling then we have a special room for you. All rooms are on a shared bathroom basis.
