Christchurch's Bard on Avon is a traditional English pub which serves a wide variety of English ales as well as a having a large selection of New Zealand beers and wines. The Bard also has a great traditional pub menu ranging from a hearty ploughmans lunch to homemade steak and kidney pies. Food is available 11am til 10pm daily. Entertainment includes live music six nights a week, sport on the big screen and quiz night every Sunday.
