Welcome to Wildfire's truly authentic Churrascaria (Pronounced Shoo-has-ca-ria) featuring New Zealand's first and only Brazilian Barbecue Restaurant.

At Wildfire you will experience a unique dining tradition, which originated in the Southern Brazil region of Rio Grande do Sul, dating back to the 18th century. You pay only one price and you dine to your hearts content.

Firstly, a delicious array of 'Tapas & Tasters' will be served platter-style for all to enjoy, and then… the feast begins. Long skewers of succulent beef, chicken, fish, pork, lamb, ribs, Wildfire sausages and more, are basted with traditional marinades and gently roasted over a pit of glowing red-hot coals. The skewers are then served "Rodizio" - Our Churrasco waiters, known as "Passadors", continuously come to your table and expertly slice sizzling hot roasted meats straight from the huge skewers directly onto your plate… until you beg them to stop.

To complement your Churrasco experience, we will serve you side dishes such as: rice, beans, fresh salad, potatoes, vegetables and our popular Pão-de-Queijo - Brazilian puffy cheese-rolls.
